Yes! Marcella’s in the Short North offers an enticing selection of specialty cocktails that celebrate refreshing Italian ingredients. The Tuscan Limonata, Strawberry Balsamic Martini and the Milan Manhattan are part of an inventive, luscious selection of artful combinations. Cocktails are updated from time to time so be sure to check the Marcella’s website to see the current Cocktail List. Can Marcella’s in the Short North accommodate large parties?
Yes! Marcella’s Short North location is available during the afternoon to host private parties and events for up to 100 guests. Guests may order directly from the menu or work with our chefs to create a customized menu to fit your special event. For parties of greater than 6 guests at any time, we recommend calling the restaurant to discuss your plans and complete your reservation. Marcella’s in the Short North requires a credit card for reservations for 8+ guests, seven days a week.
Is Marcella’s in the Short North a fancy restaurant?
Marcella’s Short North location is a casual gathering place serving shareable plates of authentic Italian antipasti, cheese, appetizers, pizza, handmade and imported pastas and specialties. The vibe is lively and warm with plentiful seating in booths and high-top tables in the long, dark wood bar with cozy tables and banquette seating in the dining rooms. During seasonal weather, the windows in the bar and lounge are open to the street with the sound of clinking glasses filling the air.
Does Marcella’s in the Short North accept reservations?
Reservations are not required but they are recommended. If OpenTable is showing no availability for your preferred day and time, we recommend calling the restaurant. To serve as many guests as possible, dining periods are limited to two hours for window seating.

Marcella’s famous Braised Veal Meatball in simple tomato sauce, served in its signature, covered baking crock, is a destination dish as are all the handmade pastas including Gnocchi con Bolognese and Ravioli Quadratini served with shaved truffle. Is there patio seating?
Patio seating is not available, but during seasonal weather, the windows in the bar and lounge are open to the street creating a breezy, patio-like atmosphere.
Where’s the best place to park and is there valet service?
Marcella’s is located at 615 N. High Street in Columbus, Ohio’s Short North Arts District. On-street parking is available but be sure to read and follow street signage instruction regarding pay-by-phone parking. Garage parking is plentiful with multiple garages available within a 2-block radius of the restaurant. Valet is available in front of the restaurant for $15 per vehicle.
Is there a Wine List?
Marcella’s in the Short North offers 50 Italian wines by the glass (quartino), half bottle (mezzolitro) and full bottle (litro) plus Citrus and Primitive Red Sangrias by the glass or litro. Sparkling Moscato and Prosecco top the list which moves to crisp, light-bodied refreshing whites to fruity, medium-bodied, aromatic whites to friendly, light-bodied, fruity reds to supple, medium-bodied, velvety reds and finally big reds with full body and texture.
